- [ ] Church property deal: if amendment not signed by 5pm tomorrow, terminate contract and notify lender's attorney to proceed with foreclosure
- [ ] Get in front of the Dress for Success building appraiser to explain why the lease rate is below market and how the lease came together
- [ ] Email/contact Seth (Duke Energy) to schedule site visit re: lighting poles
- [ ] Draw up lighting plan showing desired light placement and send to Duke Energy
- [ ] Saki: resubmit revised civil plans to city today or tomorrow; sit down together to go through the full lease checklist
- [ ] Get asbestos survey proposal for Girl Scouts by end of this week; deliver all due diligence info by end of next week ahead of August 11 board meeting
